Tina Speckhofer

Tina Speckhofer was born in Bregenz, Austria, did teacher training in music and studied recorder, piano and harpsichord (with Wolfggang Gluexam) at the Hochschule fuer Musik und darstellende Kunst in Vienna. Enthusiasm for the harpsichord lead her to a further training in early music and harpsichord (with Patrick Ayrton) at the Royal Conservatory den Haag, where she also studied hammerfluegel and basso continuo on the organ.

She now lives in Konstanz, teaches and gives concerts (solo, chamber music, orchestra) with diverse line-ups, specialising in music which covers the period from the early literature around 1600 up until the pre-classical period in the 18th century.
